First corporation in Guangdong province to attain UPC certification from United States of

May 2003, Eagle Brand Holdings Ltd (EAGLE) secured the largest sanitary ware order in the history of Foshan, Guangdong, China. A 3-year contract was signed to produce on the average, 80,000 pieces of sanitary ware per month, which will be exported to the United States of America.
During the same period of time, EAGLE became the first corporation in Guangdong province to attain the UPC certification issued by United States of America.

The UPC certification further strengthens EAGLE's market positioning in the international market as a corporation that produces quality products. To commemorate both significant events in EAGLE's history, EAGLE had a celebration on 25 June 2003, complete with pyrotechnics and several clients, and guests from the Chinese government and local media came forth to join us in our celebration.

| DAELIM H&L appointed as Sole Distributor in Korea

In May 2003, EAGLE appointed DAELIM H&L as the exclusive distributor of EAGLE's products in the Korean peninsula for 5 years. DAELIM H&L is a company under the renowned DAELIM Corporation of the Republic of Korea and this partnership between the two corporations will bring about a synergy that will assist both parties in their business development efforts in both the Korean market and Chinese market.
